No. 6306 Digital Gauges – Digital force gauges for Standard Manual 2 & 4 Post and 12 ton Pellet Presses in your choice of 100 or 10 pound increments. Easy to read LCD Round Gauge Face, Battery Powered, Stem Mounted for 2 & 4 Post Manual Press Models, and Back Mounted for 12 ton Manual Pellet Press Models. Approximate accuracy is +/-1% of reading starting at 1,000 lbs up to maximum tonnage of press (12, 25 or 30 tons).
Calibration Service

No. 2096CE & 2096-1CE Two Gauge Manifolds– The 2096CE is for most standard manual presses, except the Mini C. The 2096-1CE is specifically designed for the Mini C Model Press only. These manifolds permit mounting of both high (right) and low (left) range gauges for more precise application of pressure. Hand operated shut-off valve protects low pressure gauge when using high pressure.

No. 5177 Digital Force Verification Kit
Allows customers to perform their own force verification or calibration on their press gauges or force monitoring systems. This kit is designed for use with most Carver presses and includes calibration documents by instruments traceable to NIST. This kit reads full scale in 100 lb increments with a digital readout up to 50 tons (100,000 lbs.). Click here for details.

Repair parts for Carver hydraulic units contain hydraulic oil, seals, gaskets, pins, fittings, valve parts and instructions needed to rebuild the unit.
Please Note: Carver repair kits include all wear components that are replaceable for the 12 & 25 ton (current gray only) and 30 ton. In most cases replacing these components will solve hydraulic unit issues. In units with excessive wear or damage to cylinders, rods, permanent valve seats, etc., the repair kit may not be 100% effective. Carver repair kits are a non-refundable item.
