TME WORKER Integra smart leak & flow tester
A compact, programmable bench-top instrument that combines leak, flow, occlusion and vacuum decay testing in one system. Detects pressure change as small as 0.0001 psi and measures flow to 10,000 SCCM - ideal for sealed packaging, medical devices and IP67 electronics.
Four test modes, one instrument
Small internal volume gives high sensitivity and repeatability across leak, flow, occlusion and vacuum decay.
Leak testing
Detect pressure change as low as 0.0001 psi from leaks in sealed and non-porous parts.
Flow testing
Precision mass-flow sensors measure airflow directly, up to 10,000 SCCM with ±2% FSD accuracy.
Occlusion testing
Measure back pressure to determine the extent of part occlusion or blockage.
Vacuum decay
Run integrity tests under vacuum (below one atmosphere) for sterile and barrier packaging.

Pressurise & sense
Internal valves pressurise the part and connect it to sensing transducers; small internal volume boosts sensitivity.
